Sony announced new games at the Gamescom 2014 at its press conference on August 12. It also revealed its sales figures and released information on the update for PlayStation 4.
Sony, however, did not reveal any big-budget video games, but the ones that were revealed were not disappointing either.
Hellblade
Hellblade is a new game from Ninja Theory, who is the developer of 'Enslaved: Odyssey to the West'. This story will be defined by "ninja-class melee gameplay, strong character stories and a unique art vision" and will have a strong character, who is placed in a twisted world and its combat will be "brutal, uncompromising."
"We are embracing the creative spirit that comes with independence without letting go of the stunning production values that we are known for. It's not indie, it's not AAA. This is a third way. It's independent AAA," said the studio on its website.
Hellblade will come first to PlayStation 4 console.

The Tomorrow Children
This is a new game from developer Q-Games, which will be a PlayStation 4 exclusive. The game is set in a re-imagined future where suffers from the after effects of a Russian experiment in 1960s that tried to bring all the human minds into one global consciousness. But this would have given lead to the destruction of the planet and only a few humans would be alive to rebuild the planter. Players will be tasked with regaining human race its lost glory.
The society is governed by Marxist ideals of the 60's, but with time, technology too plays an important part.

Alienation
Alienation from developer Housemarque will be a PlayStation 4 exclusive with a story of alien spores infecting earth. Players will be either going solo or will team up with squads of 4 in this action game.
Uniting with other mercenaries will definitely give a chance for humanity to survive and doubles the force to fight these aliens that unleash new level of destruction.

Rime
Another PlayStation 4 exclusive game from developer Tequila Works is Rime, an open-world puzzle video game. Sony released the trailer showcasing some stunning visuals from the game where a boy is stranded in a mysterious island with only the animals to give him company.
Players will have to help the boy by unlocking the puzzles in the island. The island an important part of the game and it will not be forthcoming to give up the secrets it holds.

Wild
Stunning visuals from a brand new game titled, Wild, from the creator of Rayman series who now runs an independent game studio. The new game will be an open-world title that will be exclusive for PlayStation 4.
The game will be unique as it allows all the creatures in the game are playable including wolves, horses, sheep. It was also revealed that the game will have online gameplay

Tearaway Unfolded
It is another game unveiled at Gamescom 2014 for PlayStation 4. Its developer, Media Molecule, said the game has been adapted from their original from PlayStation Vita and has been build from the ground up, so that it includes the features of Dualshock 4 and will be running at 1080p with 60fps.

Until Dawn
The interactive horror game, Until Dawn from Supemassive Games is now returning to PlayStation 4, revealed its developer.
The story will task players to unravel the mysteries of the Blackwood Pines as eight characters gather at the mountain get-away. The game has been "re-designed, re-built and re-wrote" to make it "more mature, darker and fundamentally more terrifying experience on PlayStation 4," said Supermassive in PlayStation blog.

DRIVECLUB
A new video has been released for DRIVECLUB showcasing some of the top people with the skills in the club. This game allows players to team up with their clubs and win something big for their club.
They can all try different styles in the game. After players finish crossing the finish line, they are able to challenge their friends and also other clubs.

Bloodborne
A new gameplay trailer of Bloodborne has been revealed. The title of the game was known as Project Beast when it was in E3 2014. The game has been inspired by the Dark Souls universe and is created by Hidetaka Miyazaki. It will be a PlayStation 4 exclusive game.
