The second half of Season 6 of "Game of Thrones" will commence this Sunday with the episode "Blood of My Blood," and the story is expected to focus on Daenerys Targaryen as "Blood of My Blood" is a phrase often used by the Dothraki tribe. Photos from the episode hint at the Khaleesi heading back to Meereen with her new army.
The official synopsis for the episode also states that an old foe will come back into the picture, and speculation is rife that it could be Walder Frey, the architect behind the gruesome Red Wedding. Elsewhere, Jon Snow and Sansa Stark prepare to battle Ramsay and take back Winterfell, and Jaime Lannister will have a face off with the High Sparrow. Viewers will also see Gilly meeting Sam's family, and we'll find out who comes to rescue Bran and Meera from the White Walkers.
Spoilers doing the rounds also indicate that viewers will get to see more of the Tower of Joy scene, and possibly learn who Jon Snow's parents are. Actor Robert Aramayo is confirmed to appear in episode 6 where he will once again play a young Ned Stark.
"Game of Thrones" airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EDT on HBO and Tuesdays at 10 p.m. IST on Star World Premiere HD. The show can also be watched through Hotstar.
