Galouti Kebab
Ingredients
Minced Meat (Lamb) - 150 gm
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ginger & garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Raw papaya paste - 1 tsp
Roasted Garlic puree - 1/2 tsp
Cashew nut paste - 1/2 tsp
Brown Onion paste - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Galouti masala - 1 tsp
Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Kewra water - 1/2 tsp
Rose water - 1/2 tsp
A few strands of Saffron
Gram flour - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Sweet Essence - 2 drop
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients very well with the minced meat.
2. Place a piece of aluminium foil in middle of the mixture, Prepare to smoke the lamb mixture with clove, bay leaf and cover it for 30 minutes.
3. Now make small patties and pan fry them.
