G-Dragon, a member of South Korean boy band Big Bang, is known for being flamboyant and stylish. So it was no surprise that the rapper was featured on the cover of "W" magazine. GD's cover shoot, which was posted on the publication's Instagram account, is a huge hit and has invited several comments from fans. The magazine also contains a long interview with the singer.
For the cover, G-Dragon wore a long sleeved sweatshirt in muted grey tones and teamed it with light blue distressed jeans. His look was complete with wet hair and Giuseppe Zanotti shoes.
The singer recently collaborated with the Italian footwear designer to bring out a limited unisex shoes collection. He also released a set of images from the shoe line on his Instagram account.
The "Crooked" singer's newest fashion collaboration has resulted in trendy lace-up, slip on footwear that comes in shades of grey, silver and black.
The Italian designer said that his collaboration with GD comes after months of waiting. "He has a unique style in playing his music. I find it really impressive, and our cooperation means a thrilling challenge to me. I love to work with other artists and brainstorm on the creative process," Kpopstarz reported Zanotti as saying.
GD expressed his love for fashion and shoes when he remarked on the shoe collection. "It's not just girls or women who get excited and worked up over pretty shoes. I think guys can feel that way, too, and I think both will feel that way about these shoes," he said.
The Big Bang frontman's new line of shoes will be available in shops across Korea in October 2015.
