Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan share a great rapport off-screen and have been friends for the longest time. However, that friendship has started to fall apart courtesy the impending, inevitable "Raees" and "Kaabil" box office clash.
The stars apparently do not meet or talk socially these days, blame it on the probable clash of their movies. "SRK and Hrithik hardly talk or meet socially. They have fallen apart and now the spat is becoming public. But Shah Rukh is still very fond of his dad Rakesh Roshan with whom he's worked in Karan Arjun and Koyla. Now that their films are clashing things are only looking downhill," a source informed BollywoodLife.
Given how mature the actors have become these days, it's unlikely that they would get into a cold war over clash and such. Of course, it would mean a lot of financial loss to both the parties but money over relationship would not be a wise move, especially when they have been friends for this long.
However, a few days ago there were reports that SRK had visited the Roshan family (Rakesh Roshan to be specific) to discuss the clash and in the process find a way to avert it. Turns out that the meet had nothing to do with the box office war.
"We were just sitting and chatting like old times. It was good to catch up as we have done many films together - I gave Shah Rukh a break in 'King Uncle,' then 'Koylaa' and 'Karan Arjun'," Catch News quoted the producer-director as saying.
