New Delhi, Oct 31 (ANI): Former Home Secretary R K Singh on Thursday said that terror suspect Mehre Alam's escape from NIA custody is a shameful incident. Singh added that the incident shows laxity and carelessness of the officials and Alam's escape increases the chances of him plying for other plots.
