Former Girls' Generation member Jessica Jung showed her support to the victims of the Bangkok bomb blast, which killed around 22 people and injured many.
The celeb wrote a handwritten message and uploaded it on Instagram. "Thinking of Bangkok tonight... Take heart and know that we are all behind you... -J," read the post.
Other South Korean celebrities who showed their support to the victims of the bomb blast include GOT7 member BamBam, Miss A singer Jia and Soyeon of girl group T-ARA. The celebs posted messages and posters on Instagram urging their fans to pray for the victims.
A bomb blast on a busy street of Thai capital Bangkok killed at least 22 people and injured more than 120 on Monday, 17 August. The investigators are trying to identify the suspect with the help of CCTV footages of the Erawan Shrine where the blast took place.
The police are currently hunting for a man who is believed to be the culprit. They revealed that the person was carrying a backpack for some time and was later spotted without it. He was wearing a black glass and a yellow t-shirt.
Police spokesman Lt. Gen. Prawut Thavornsiri stated that they are "very sure" he is behind the blast. Meanwhile, Royal Thai Police Commissioner Gen. Somyot Poompanmoung said that they are finding it difficult to trace his identity, according to CNN.
