Gautam Gulati shot to fame with his super successful stint at the "Bigg Boss 8" house, and after lifting the coveted trophy, it was being thought he would make a quick progress in Bollywood.
Although the former "Diya Aur Baati Hum" actor had offers lined up, he got real choosy about each of them. He even walked out of his debut film 'Udanchoo' to make time for Ekta Kapoor's project.
However, fresh reports suggest he might finally get to romance Alia Bhatt in Farah Khan's next, which would be a love story.
"Farah's films have had superstars of Bollywood like Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar in the lead roles. But for this project, she will be casting known faces from the younger lot of the actors," Daily Bhaskar quoted a source as saying.
The catch here is, the choreographer-turned-filmmaker is reportedly writing the script and has names such as Gautam, Alia, Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Dhawan in mind.
Since there has been no official announcement on the matter yet, this can, at best, be considered as a speculation.
In other news, the TV actor's big screen debut is set to happen with Emraan Hashmi's "Azhar", in which he will be seen playing Ravi Shashtri. A Bollywood Hungama report suggests the reality show winner has been practising some of the signature shots the cricketer is known for. Word has it, the actor has been working hard on his physique to look the part.
