Amid speculations that Meghan Markle is pregnant, a new report, which is likely false, is claiming that the newly-married royal couple is preparing to welcome a baby girl into the palace.
A dubious source is spreading the word that Prince Harry and his wife are bringing home a six-month old baby girl from Botswana as they cannot wait any longer to become parents. The insider told Globe magazine that the couple's heart is set on an African girl they met during their "secret honeymoon" and are preparing to bring her home.
"[They] fell in love with the infant while visiting an orphanage during their secret honeymoon," the magazine claims. "[They've] already started the process to make her their own," the publication further claims.
Apparently, their decision to adopt the baby has "thrown the palace into turmoil." An insider is quoted saying, "This will be a first for the royal family. Harry and Meghan are going to face a lot of opposition from the old guard."
The palace insider further added, "They simply decided they couldn't wait to become parents. I'm told they visited two orphanages and simply fell in love with a beautiful little girl with a huge smile. She's about six months old." The source also claims that the couple wants to "bring the [baby] back to Kensington Palace within weeks."
This isn't the first time that the news of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle adopting a baby has made the rounds. Earlier this year, National Enquirer also claimed that the royal couple is inspired by Angelina Jolie and intends on adopting "multiracial children."
"Like Angelina, they want a large brood of biological and adopted multiracial children. Meghan's always admired Angie's choice to also adopt and so does Harry," the alleged tipster claimed back then.
However, Gossip Cop debunks both the claims. A communications staffer told the publication that there is no truth in the claims.
