Ford Figo Aspire Sedan Spied Undisguised During Photoshoot; Launch, Price Details [PHOTOS]

The work on Ford's new sedan Figo Aspire seems to be going at a rapid pace as the company started has shooting the TVC for the model, not long after we got the first clear glimpse of the model.

A fresh batch of spy shots of Ford Figo Aspire has now hit the web and this time the car was caught on camera during a photoshoot with Bollywood's popular figure Farhan Akhtar.

In the latest images posted by MotorBeam, the Figo Aspire is seen facing the camera in its completely revealed avatar at Palm Beach Road in Navi Mumbai.

As we already know, the production of Ford Figo Aspire, a model which is expected to hit Indian showrooms in the coming months is already underway at the company's new plant in Sanand, Gujarat. There is nothing much to talk about the new Figo Aspire, as the details and key specifications of Ford's new offering are already out in the public.

Now this bit is for the uninitiated. Ford Figo Aspire, the new entrant in the compact sedan segment will be competing against the likes of Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire, Honda Amaze, Tata Zest and Hyundai Xcent.

The model is expected to draw power from 1.5-litre TDCi diesel and 1.2-litre TiVCT petrol with manual and automatic transmission. There have also been rumours about a 1.5-liter petrol engine which would come mated to 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Likely to be priced in the range of ₹5.2 lakh – ₹7 lakh, Ford Figo Aspire is expected to pack steering mounted audio control, electrically adjustable ORVMs and airbags, and ABS and top-end variant will come with SYNC AppLink.
