Fly Mobile launched another budget handset running on Android Jelly Bean with a 5.3-inch qHD display for ₹9,999.
The European mobile company's latest model, F53s, is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor with 1GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
Fly F53 supports dual SIM (GSM + WCDMA) and is enabled with 3G video calling technology. The phablet sports an 8.0-megapixel auto-focus rear camera, which features 99 burst mode shots, and also has a front camera of 2.0 megapixels.
Under the hood, the device has 4GB on board with an expandable memory of 32GB. The device is backed with a 1,850 mAh battery with upto 300 hours of standby and upto 10 hours of talk time.
On the connectivity front, this budget Android also offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. Other features include GPRS, EDGE, proximity and gravity sensors.
"Fly is innovating to give the consumers the best digital experience. With more and more content consumption moving towards mobile devices, Fly is building offerings which will make this experience more pleasurable and comfortable," Fly Mobiles President Rahul Goel said in a statement.
Fly mobiles entered the Indian mobile market in 2005. The European tech company has not only unveiling mid-range smartphones but also budget-priced handsets.
A few days back, Fly Mobiles launched the low-cost F351, which comes with a 3.5-inch HVGA display priced at just ₹ 4,599. The smartphone does not have 3G connectivity or even dual-SIM. The handset sports a 3.0-megapixel rear camera with flash and a VGA front facing camera.
