The makers of Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapur starrer "Fitoor" released the trailer of the flick on Monday, 4 January. From Aditya-Katrina's chemsitry to Tabu's performance as Begum, the trailer will give you a glimpse of an amazing love story.
Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, "Fitoor" is the Indian adaptation of Charles Dickens' "Great Expectations". Tabu plays the character of Begum, which is the Indian version of Miss Havisham, while Aditya will be seen as a Kashmiri lad, Noor, and Katrina as his ladylove Firdaus.
Since the beginning, "Fitoor" has faced a lot of hurdles. The problems started when Rekha walked out of the film. She reportedly left because she noticed some similarities between the character of Begum and herself, and this made her uncomfortable.
However, her opting out of the film brought Tabu in the film. Apart from this, it was reported that Abhishek Kapoor was not happy with a lovemaking scene between Katrina and Aditya and thus, he wanted to reshoot.
Shooting the lovemaking scenes again, irked Katrina. However, the actress was later somehow convinced to reshoot the scene. "Fitoor" is a love story that will be released on 12 February. The first look poster carries a tagline that reads: "Yeh Ishq Nahin Aasaan" (love is not easy).
