Akshay Kumar's upcoming movie "Baby" is all set to entertain the audience next year. Ahead of its release, the makers of the film have released the first look of the poster on 25 August.
In the poster, the "Khiladi" of Bollywood is seen sporting his mustache look, while in another frame, the actor is seen chasing a man. From the posters, it appears like the Neeraj Pandey directorial is a complete action entertainer.
The film has been shot in several foreign locations, including Nepal. An extensive part of the film has also been shot in Istanbul, Abu Dhabi and Oman.
Apart from Kumar, "Baby" also stars Taapsee Pannu, who was last seen in comedy flick "Chashme Baddoor". The movie is slated to release on 23 January 2015.
T-Series in association with Crouching Tiger Motion Pictures and Friday Filmworks has jointly produced the film.
This is the actor's second venture with director Pandey. They have earlier worked together in 2013 release "Special 26", which garnered huge appreciation.
While Kumar and Pandey's "Special 26" had a lot of suspense in it, "Baby" is said to have high speed and heavy duty action sequences, according to a report in Indian Express.
With the duo coming together in the flick, it remains to be seen if "Baby" is able to create similar effects like their previous association.
Meanwhile, Kumar has some big projects in hand. He recently announced his first collaboration with Karan Johar in "Brothers". The movie directed by Karan Malhotra is the Hollywood remake of "Warrior" and is scheduled to release in October 2015.
Currently, the "Entertainment" star is busy with his tightly packed schedule. The actor is in Cape Town shooting for his dance reality show, "Dare to Dance" and is also occupied with the post-production work of his upcoming film, "Shaukeen" (remake of 1982 release). Kumar also owns a Kabaddi team in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) 2014.
