Original Story — A massive fire broke out in the Metro House building in South Mumbai's Colaba region on Thursday. At least eight fire tenders were rushed to the spot. The reason behind the fire was not yet known.
"Fire brigade department has rescued two people from the fire," Deputy Commissioner of Police Manoj Sharma was quoted on saying by ANI.
The fire has broken out above iconic Cafe Mondegar in Colaba, reports said on Thursday.
In another similar incident, a massive fire had broken out in a commercial building in South Mumbai on April 28. In another incident in April, a huge fire had broken out in Mumbai's Bhiwandi area, while a third incident in April occurred in the Lokhandwala region.
