The team of "Finding Fanny" is all set for its big release this Friday, 12 September, and a special screening for B-town celebs was held at the Sunny Super Sound Studio in Mumbai on Wednesday.

Among many celebs, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan was one who was invited personally by the leading actress of the film, Deepika Padukone.

After watching the quirky film, Bachchan was quite impressed with director Homi Adajania's effort and the cast's performance.

The 71-year-old actor posted some adorable pictures with Padukone and the other cast of "Finding Fanny" on his Facebook handle.

The megastar even took to Twitter to express his views on Padukone-Arjun Kapoor starrer.

He even congratulated the entire team of "Finding Fanny", including Adajani, Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia, Pankaj Kapur, Padukone and Arjun for the delightful slice of life depicted in the film and the team's effortless and natural performance.

The special screening was attended by several B-town celebs, including the film's entire cast, Hrithik Roshan, Nargis Fakhri, Sonam Kapoor and many others. The quirky film won the biggies' hearts, who praised the director for his efforts in making the actors fit into the unusual characters so gracefully.

"Finding Fanny" is based on an unusual story of five 'oddballs', who are on a road trip in search of a lost friend, Fanny. The film also has Ranveer Singh in a cameo role.

The film's plot seems to be inspired by the romantic drama film, "Letters To Juliet", which is also based on finding long-lost love.

Produced by Saif Ali Khan under his banner Illuminati Films and distributed by Fox Star Studios, "Finding Fanny" will be released in both Hindi and English.
