Filmfare Awards 2016: Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan and others grace the event [PHOTOS]

The 61^st Britannia Filmfare Awards, which was held on 15 January in Mumbai, saw the presence of several Bollywood bigwigs, including Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Sonam Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha and Karan Johar.

The prestigious award show, which recognises talents from the film industry, also saw some stunning performances by celebs. Hosts Kapil Sharma and Shah Rukh Khan entertained the audience with their funny antics.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Bajirao Mastani" walked away with top honours. While Ranveer Singh bagged the Best Actor award, Priyanka Chopra won Best Supporting actress award. Bhansali, Shreya Ghoshal and Pandit Birju Maharaj won Best Director, Best Female Singer and Best Choreography for "Bajirao Mastani" respectively.

"Piku", "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" and "Tanu Weds Manu Returns" also won big at the Filmfare Awards 2016. [Check out the list of winners, here]

Others who graced the event were Gautam Gulati, Gurmeet Choudhary and his wife, Madhur Bhandarkar, Huma Qureshi, Jacqueline Fernandez, Radhika Apte, Richa Chadha, Sushant Singh Rajput and Sooraj Pancholi among many others.
