Italian auto major Fiat had premiered three models -- Punto Pure, Urban Cross and Linea 125S -- at the Auto Expo 2016. While the Punto Pure has already hit the Indian roads, the next in the line-up is the Avventura Urban Cross.
A MotorOctane report says that the Avventura Urban Cross will be launched in the country during the festive season this year. Fiat is also expected to launch the Linea 125S sometime this year.
Powered by 1.4Tjet petrol engine that is tuned to belt out 140bhp of power and 210Nm of torque, the Fiat Avventura Urban Cross is based on the Avventura crossover. It measures 3,989mm in length, 1,706mm in width and 1,542mm in height.
In terms of style and design, the Avventura Urban Cross remains more or less the same, but comes with the newly-styled front and rear fascia with new front grille, side mouldings, roof rack with LED lighting and 17-inch alloys. Inside the cabin, the Urban Cross features 5-inch touchscreen display with audio navigation and dual-tone dash board. The Avventura Urban Cross is expected to cost higher than the Avventura.
Fiat Linea 125S also gets a 1.4 litre petrol engine under the hood and comes with a host of features like 5-inch touchscreen system with audio navigation, soft touch instrument panel, cruise control, rain sensing wipers, automatic headlamps, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, passenger and side airbags and 16-inch alloys.
