Agartala, Nov 06 (ANI): Dressed in bright clothes, these performers are representatives of various tribes of Tripura. A total of 19 tribes, some of which are on the verge of extinction, came together at the Nazrul Kalakshetra auditorium in Agartala for a tribal cultural heritage meet. The two-day long event, organized by ONGC Tripura, aimed at promoting tribal culture of the state. The audience was enthralled by traditional dances of tribes like Reang, Chakma, Jamatia, Kaloi, Lusai and Uchoi. Models dressed in traditional attires of their respective tribes walked the ramp. People got a chance to sample the rich cultures of different tribes of the state.
