Farrah Abraham has some more time before she needs to sit down with her seven-year-old daughter Sophia and have the sex talk. But the Teen Mom OG star has already thought of a way she could make the conversation easier – by putting on 16 and Pregnant.
"I can always play those 16 and Pregnant episodes and all these things back, that's just, like, the help and I wouldn't take that for granted," she told Us Weekly about the show that she first appeared on in 2009. "I would use it as a big tool."
She said: "I public speak with teenagers and get to do fun things and awareness campaign. I think that's really gotten me ready as a public speaker and gotten me ready to talk to my daughter more so than anything."
Sophia has been living in the public eye ever since she was born, and she is already a successful model and businesswoman, and Abraham hopes that her daughter is getting the most out of living in the spotlight.
In other news, Abraham officially debuted her blonde look on Friday night when she attended the 30th birthday bash for PR rep Johnny Donovan in New York City. The reality show star is no stranger to drastic transformations, sometimes with unpleasant results, but the blonde look has been winning her some fans, based on the comments on her Facebook page.
