Ubisoft has released a new patch 1.6 to the PC version of Far Cry 4 bringing in a host of fixes to the FPS game.
One of the most important features via patch is the addition of hotkey that will allow players to switch off or switch on the HUD. The company has also fixed issues related with controls, graphics, UI, Uplay and broken shadows. The patch will also be reducing the memory usage that is consumed by the game.
Far Cry 4 continues its tradition of transporting players to exotic locations around the world. This game allows players to battle a tyrannical king, Pagan Min in the beauty of the Himalayas. It is set in the fictional Kyrat, a Himalayan kingdom in the midst of a civil war, when the protagonist lands with ashes of his mother.
Players will have to make choices that will influence the story flow. A number of wild animals roaming the Kyratian forests can be roped in using baits to take on enemies. Elephants can be tamed and used as vehicles and for charging into enemy posts. The game will also allow players to traverse through the mountains using a special flying suit -- the wingsuit.
Players will also be able to travel around in the buzzer for faster movement around Kyrat. The game also offers co-op play, where players can ask a friend to join-in. The game also offers hunting options and various weapons.
Far Cry 4 was released on 18 November, 2014 for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
