In the latest episode of "Family Guy", titled "Peter's Sister," it seems that after Peter's bully sister visits him, things become difficult for him as she constantly bullies Peter in front of Meg, Lois and other family members.

According to the synopsis of the episode, Peter's sister Karen decides to come for Thanksgiving and bullies Peter the same way he treats Meg.

Meanwhile, to avoid overeating on Thanksgiving, Stewie and Brian decide to go on a cleanse, which Stewie takes one step too far.
Karen has been terrifying Peter since their childhood. Even though Peter has tried to fight back numerous times, it never worked. However, with Meg by his side this time, he may succeed in defeating Karen and teach her a lesson.
In the previous episode, titled "Peter, Chris and Brian," when Peter returned to his mother's home, he found a videotape that made him realise his life has been a failure. Because of this, Peter tried to make Chris spend time with Brian so Chris doesn't turn out like he does.
In the episode, Peter suddenly remembered his old porn stash at his mother's house, which she was going to sell soon.
While collecting it, he stumbled upon a videotape titled "To Peter from Peter". Curious, he played it to find that the tape is from the Peter from the past talking to Peter from the future.
Karen's visit is undoubtedly nothing less than a nightmare for Peter. Whether he will be able to overcome his fear of her will become clear only in the next episode.
