Fallout 4, the upcoming open world video game from Bethesda, has been receiving updates on what fans can expect when the game will finally be released on 10 November for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
Fallout tipster and YouTuber MrMattyPlays has shared speculations about Fallout 4 DLC. He quotes Pete Hines saying that the development team at Bethesda did think about what Fallout 4 DLC might have, but its focus is currently not the DLC but the game itself.
He speculates that one of the possible places where Fallout 4 DLC can take place is New York City. The DLC will clear a lot of misconceptions about the place. During the Pre War era, it was home to the United Nations before its break up. Also it is close to Boston so easier for the player to travel. It also has some world famous landmarks that will help the game, namely Times Square, Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty and Grand Central Station.
Another place for DLC location is Miami, Florida. Though this place has no major landmarks when compared with New York City, it will have the oceans – a thriving paradise city with beaches and tall building is now come to a standstill. Players can use the services of Vertibird to move from Boston to Miami.
He also suggests a place that is outside the US, Canada's Toronto. The lore refers to it as Ronto, an established military power. It also features some stunning landmarks like CN Tower, Casa Loma, Royal Ontario Museum and Rogers Center. Toronto looks really great at night too.
So these three places are the speculative location ideas for Fallout 4 DLC.
Huge Dialogue Lines
Bethesda informed its fans via a small tweet about the completion of the game's voice recording and the numbers it provided has been widely reported. It said dialogue lines will number "just over 111k." This according to the tweet surpasses that of Fallout 3 and Skyrim combined.
Fallout Monopoly Teased
Fallout 4's Collector's Edition might include Fallout Monopoly following the confirmation from Bethesda. These are likely to be GameStop exclusive.
Loot Crate Details
Bethesda has released details of the Loot Crate that will be part of Fallout 4. It has said in a teaser that the crate will be consisting of some "wearables." Some have predicted to be PipBoy and other believe it must be something else. It also said that this crate will consist of Fallout collectibles that are not found anywhere else.
Shows off Androids
Bethesda has shown pictures of what its artists created for Fallout 4. These will all be part of the art book. The images show Power Armour (players will be able to climb into in the game), Androids and landscape of a docked ship near a bridge.
The 180-page Art Book will be rolling out on 22 December, 2015.
