A 45-year-old railway guard was arrested by the Kota police on Thursday for raping a college student after developing a friendship with her by posting a fake account on social networking website Facebook.
Indrapal Singh, a railway employee in Hisar (Haryana), created a fake profile under the name Ravinder Singh and befriended a 21-year-old BCom student from Kota City in Rajasthan. Both had been in touch for the last two months over phone.
