Lay, a member of SM Entertainment's popular Chinese-South Korean boy band EXO, is all set to release his autobiography in October. The book, which will be unveiled on his birthday as a gift to fans, will consist of exclusive photos and messages for fans.
The autobiography of Lay will also feature a few special moments the singer shared with his followers and it will be available in two versions.
A representative of the EXO member from Zhang Yixing Studio informed that the book will be available for pre-order from 17 September and a limited edition of it will be gifted to those who manage to order it within the first 24 minutes, according to Koreaboo.
Informing his fans about the autobiography, Lay wrote on Weibo: "I constantly receive letters from everyone. Consider this book as my reply to everyone's letters which is also written for myself who will turn 24 [soon]! I think, with respect to the supposed surprise, that which I've prepared will always exceed your imagination by just that much. You guys didn't guess that there would be such a surprise right."
Meanwhile, the young Korean heartthrob and EXO member Baekhyun is preparing to be the host of upcoming MBC reality show "The Competent". The show focuses on popular personalities from various fields and their struggles as they try to excel in other areas.
"Baekhyun will be appearing on 'The Competent' to work with broadcasters Kim Gu Ra and Yoo Se Yoon," Allkpop quoted SM Entertainment as saying.
In the meantime, EXO member Kai received criticisms from fans through various social networking sites after he released several photos of him with his baby lookalike Teo, the son of actor Ricky Kim. While some of them stated that the singer does not know how to interact with a toddler, others pointed out that he holds the baby like his pet, according to Koreaboo.
