SM Entertainment's popular Chinese-South Korean boy band EXO recently teamed up with "Rookie" actress Han Seong Yeon for the promotional activities of clothing brand Ivy Club.
The apparel manufacturers released a behind-the-scenes video of their Autumn 2015 photoshoot, which showed the celebrities portraying latest formal and casual outfits of the brand.
The nine-member group, including Suho, Xiumin, DO, Baekhyun, Sehun, Chanyeol, Kai, Chen and Lay, can be seen in their best looks in the two-minute-50-second-long video. The footage shows them hanging out with the South Korean actress and indulging in casual talks with each other.
Apart from various group activities, EXO members are also busy with several individual projects. Recently Chen appeared in the music reality show, "King of Mask Singer", as a legendary guitar man.
Although the young Korean heartthrob was wearing a gold guitar mask on stage, his fans identified him. But, the singer revealed his identity only after he lost the competition with Jung Kyung Hwa and surprised many of the viewers, according to Koreaboo.
When one of the judges asked him the reason behind his participating in the show, the K-Pop star said, "I have always wanted to be judged on my vocals as Chen the singer, rather than as a member of EXO. Even though I was eliminated, this stage means a lot to me."
Chen's response sparked several speculations such as he could be the first Korean member to terminate his contract with SM Entertainment after three Chinese members -- Kris, Luhan and Tao -- left the firm.
However, the fans will have to wait for an official statement either from the entertainment agency or the singer to know more about the recent buzz.
Meanwhile, a social media user apologised to EXO member Suho and his father for spreading hateful messages against them on the Internet a few months ago.
"I acknowledge that I have defamed the mister and his son through the circulation of a false accusation; hence I now write a letter of apology and post the letter of apology [where the original rumour was written] to spread awareness of my wrongdoing and straighten out the truth," Allkpop quoted him as saying.
