With four to five releases every year and to promote each of them with equal diligence is for sure a work of art. And Akshay Kumar is a master of the craft. He was recently spotted promoting "Entertainment", along with Tamannaah Bhatia on the sets of TV reality show "Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega".
Judged by director Farah Khan and music composer Anu Malik, the show is based on "30 Seconds to Fame", an American reality TV show, in which participants display their unique talent to win cash prizes. According to reports, since it was a talent show, Kumar also flaunted his fire-breathing act.
According to India Today, the episode will be aired around the release of the film, which falls on 8 August. The actors, who spoke about their film at length, also posed with the judges for a quick photograph.
The reason why this is surprising is because Khan and Kumar apparently had a fall-out during the release of "Joker" due to creative differences. If rumours are anything to go by, it looks like they have put the past behind them and have resolved their issues.
Riding high on the success of "Holiday" opposite Sonakshi Sinha, the actor reportedly looked happy and ready for his next release.
Bhatia on the other hand, has been having a disappointing run at the box office with duds like "Himmatwala" and "Humshakals". If "Entertainment" sets the cash registers ringing, then the pretty actress might see herself going somewhere in the industry.
Directed by Sajid-Farhad, the comic caper has already generated massive buzz with its peppy song "Johnny Johnny". Apart from a golden retriever, who will play a parallel lead, the film also features Mithun Chakraborty and Johnny Lever in key roles.
