Rishi Kapoor is known for his remorseless behaviour and his incessant tweets which often lands him in trouble. And yet again, the veteran actor had to face the wrath of netizens when he turned "English Nazi" and trolled a fan for having poor linguistic skills while praising his performance in Mulk.
"Sir, I have seen ur muvi Mulk the way u represent as lawyer and as a victim of situation hand off you sir.. being a lawyer I really congratulate you to bring forward such kind of social issues Good Luck," an advocate named Rajat Anand tweeted to Rishi Kapoor.
But instead of showing gratitude to him, Kapoor was quick to point out mistakes in the language, spellings and grammar in his tweet and asked him to brush up his linguistic skills as he failed to understand what had been written.
"Thank you Sir. But being a lawyer yourself, your English language, grammar and spellings are so poor? I cannot understand what you tried saying! Must brush up!!" Kapoor responded.
His tweet didn't go down well with Twitter users who started hitting Kapoor hard below the belt.
"But being an actor yourself, your English comprehension skills are so poor? We cannot understand why you don't have any space after commas. You also have grammatical errors in your sentence. It should be "what you are trying to say" and not "what you tried saying!" Must brush up!" an angry Twitter user commented.
"He is not required to know English too well, he should know law! But sir, you forgot something called humanity and courtesy, he was complimenting you for your work, you need to brush up your brain, not just skills," another user tweeted.
After getting slammed left, right and centre, Kapoor soon realised his mistake and deleted his tweet thereafter. But the damage had already been done. He apparently has been blocking each and every one who say bad things about him.
A couple of months ago, Twitter users had joined hands to teach the veteran actor a lesson for his unapologetic behaviour. They started posting screenshots in which Rishi Kapoor's messages containing foul language were highlighted in their DMs.
