"Empire" star Naomi Campbell and Cara Delevingne have slammed speculations about a catfight between them during Paris Fashion Week 2015.
"Don't know where this story has come from about @Caradelevingne and I fighting! It is completely untrue, ignore the rumours," Campbell tweeted.
In the mean time, Delevingne re-tweeted the post and wrote, "@NaomiCampbell people love to make a drama out of nothing".
Rumours about a riff between the celebs started doing the rounds after Page Six published a news about it on Tuesday, 10 March. According to the report, the two started fighting with each other during a party organised by Dasha Zhukova's Garage Magazine at Paris nightclub Castel.
The website stated that a difference in opinion about their mutual friend and pop singer Rihanna triggered the catfight. As per the news, heated arguments between Campbell and Delevingne quickly turned physical hurting each other.
"Naomi accused Cara of 'disrespecting' Rihanna and started yelling, before Naomi pushed Cara, who pushed back. Naomi was angry because she felt Cara had said something negative about Rihanna. Cara pulled Naomi's weave, but it didn't come off," the site quoted a witness as saying.
Meanwhile, another source disclosed that "Empire" star was becoming over protecting of Rihanna and was saying "nonsensical things" things to the model. "There was a messy pushing match. Cara didn't understand because there's no problem between her and Rihanna. Cara didn't want to be involved and was telling Naomi, 'Get away from me!" revealed the source.
