The 64th Emmy Awards ceremony was held in Los Angeles on Sunday night, and winners from various categories - comedy, drama, miniseries and reality programmes of 2012 were awarded.
"Homeland" walked away with six awards including best lead actress (Claire Danes), best lead actor (Damian Lewis) and outstanding writing in the drama series. "Game of Thrones" also won six awards in creative arts category. "Game Change", "Hatfields & McCoys," and "Modern Family" won five awards each.
Among the US television networks, HBO was the biggest winner with 23 awards, followed by CBS (16) and PBS (12).
The awards ceremony for creative arts category was held on 15 September, where 81 awards were given to the winners.
