The Elephone P8000, which was unveiled a few weeks ago, is all set for release on Monday. It will not only take on devices like Lenovo K3 Note, ZenFone 2, Xiaomi Mi 4i and Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, but also has to compete with its predecessor, the Elephone P7000 in the smartphone market.
Elephone official website has revealed that the P8000 will be launched for 20 July and is currently available for pre-order with $40 coupon. It is also expected to come to India soon, as it has been listed on an Indian online retail store. Elephone Facebook page has revealed that it is expected in India by the end of July.

The Chinese mobile phone maker is yet to announce the price of its soon-to-be-released device but it is expected to be mid-range and not very different from the price of Elephone P7000 which is currently available for $229.99 on its official website against the original price of $259.90.
