A new Chinese telecommunication firm Elephone has entered the Indian smartphone market with the official launch of ultra-slim G7.
The new Elephone G7 flaunts a sleek body measuring just 5.5mm in thickness, making it the most affordable slim smartphone in the market.
It sports a 5.5-inch HD display on the front and inside, it houses MediaTek Octa-core CPU backed by Mali-450mp graphics engine,1GB RAM, 8GB in built storage and 2,050mAh battery, which can run the phone for close to 100 hours under standby mode.
Other stipulated features of Elephone G7 includes 13mp camera with LED flash on the rear side and an 8mp snapper on the front.
With the announcement, Elephone becomes the latest Chinese smartphone major to set foot in the country. India already hosts other Chinese firms including Xiaomi, Lenovo, Phicomm, Coolpad, Meizu, ZTE (& subsidiary Nubia), Huawei (& subsidiary Honor), Vivo and Oppo.

Elephone G7 will be up against the popular brands like Redmi Note 4G, Lenovo A7000 and Lenovo K3 Note.
