Until earlier in the day, there were 15 people who thought that Rakhi Sawant could lead India, the election results have revealed.
The (in)famous sharp-tongued, butt-of-all-jokes Bollywood item girl, who just couldn't stop slapping her ex-boyfriends for the sake of publicity, decided to contest for the Lok Sabha Elections after forming a semblance of a party. And if she thought she could succeed in taking more votes than the trivial public attention in her momentary publicity stunt, she was wrong.
According to Bollywood Life, Sawant received 15 votes after 3 rounds of counting, although she received more votes later in the day.
As soon as the first news of her securing 15 votes was revealed by media sources, Twitter started a trend on her name with loads of quips and jokes mounted upon her.
