Zee TV's "Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani" has been getting interesting with gripping scenes and action-packed sequences.

In the latest development on the show, Gayatri (Drasti Dhami) staged her death along with Raj Mata and exposed Badi Rani Maa in front of Ranaji (Siddhant Karnick). Later, the evil lady revealed that she was ill-treated by her husband and his family, which is why she decided to take her revenge on Ranaji.

With this, a heart-broken Ranaji decided to banish Badi Rani Maa from the kingdom.

While it looked like this is the end of troubles in Ranaji and Gayatri's life, in the upcoming episodes, another problem would arise when Ranaji's life will be in danger.

Gayatri hearing about the trouble looming over Ranaji and the land of Ameerkot, will take it upon herself to protect her husband and the kingdom, reported Bollywood Life.

The otherwise simple lady Gayatri, will be seen donning a warrior avatar with pants, knee-high boots, kurta and headgear.

In other news, Zee TV is all set for some major changes on their current shows. According to reports, all the shows including "Kumkum Bhagya", "Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani", "Jamai Raja" and others that have been airing from Monday to Friday will be extended by another day.
