Prakash Jha Productions has come up with a song video titled Ek Mutthi Aasman that highlights the services provided by National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) in India.
Sung by Sonu Nigam, the song video features people benefitted by NALSA. NALSA provides free access to justice to the poor and weaker sections of the society, primarily the women and children.
The song Ek Mutthi Aasman has been composed by Salim-Sulaiman and lyrics have been penned by Manoj Muntashir. It is a beautiful song that sends the message that every citizen of India should have equal rights to justice.
NALSA is a statutory body under Legal Services Authority Act 1987 aiming to provide free and competent legal services to the poor class.
The song video has been shot in more than 20 states across India, including Jammu and Kashmir, Sikkim, Rajasthan, Kerala, Karnataka, West Bengal and Jharkhand. Makers of the song video will soon make 15 real-life short stories and a documentary to highlight the efforts of NALSA.
