A 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck Indonesia's eastern island of Ambon on Wednesday, said the US Geological Survey.
Ambon Island is located 174km southeast of Indonesia.
No damage or casualty has been reported in the quake as yet.
The quake occurred at around 12:20 pm local time at a depth of 75km, said USGS.
