Fans of EA's UFC game will be happy to hear that the next version of the game EA Sports UFC 2 will have a huge roster of over 250 fighters, one of the largest roster in a fighting game until now.
According to Operation Sports, Mike Bohn, covering MMA and NBA for USA Today and several other publications, confirmed this huge roster.
It is also important to note that this number is not inclusive of duplicates and there could be about 41 lightweight fighters too. But only a small number of fighters have currently been confirmed and a bigger list will be revealed with EA Sports confirming the roster of fighters.
We are yet to know if CM Punk, who will be fighting in UFC in 2016, will also be part of the roster.

EA Sports UFC is a mixed a martial arts fighting video game that was released in June 2014 for PS4 and Xbox One. It also has a free-to-play mobile version for iOS and Android platforms. The game featured artificial intelligence that accommodated midgame changes in the strategies and featured Career Mode.
