Two of the most talented women of Malayalam cinema -- film maker Anjali Menon and actress Nazriya Nazim -- are celebrating their birthday today.
Both of them have been flooded with wishes from all quarters, including their fans and close friends. Actor Dulquer Salmaan also took to social media to wish his friends.
Dulquer went candid about Anjali Menon, who created his most memorable characters Faizy from "Usthad Hotel" and Aju from "Bangalore Days". He also added that the script writer turned actor would one day be celebrated as "one of the most one of the greatest writers of our time".
"My dearest Anjali. I know I'm notorious for forgetting to mention you. Thank you for everything you've given me. For the longest time I was known as Faizy. And now I'm known as Aju. It's a privilege just to be in your films and a blessing to be a part of the industry at the same time as you.
"Many years from now you will be celebrated as one of the greatest writers of our time and it will be my biggest joy to have been a part of two magical films of yours. A happy happy birthday to you. And all of my love to the wonderful men in your life Vinod and Madhav!" wrote Dulquer on his Facebook page
Dulquer then went on to wish his close friend Nazriya on her birthday and cherished being a part of the family after the actress marrying his friend Fahadh Faasil. Nazriya and Dulquer have acted together in three movies. The last movie they did together was Anjali Menon's "Bangalore Days" in which they played cousins.
"Dearest Kunyi ! Happy happy birthday to you. You are family to both Amu and me and now in marrying Shanu you've become an even bigger part of all of us. It gives us great joy to see you both so happy mashallah and you two are truly made for each other. Hope you have a lovely lovely birthday and that you lovebirds are giggling and laughing non stop," wished Dulquer
