"Kali" is the first Malayalam movie to have achieved this stupendous response from the audience, who have been waiting to see the on-screen chemistry of Dulquer and Sai Pallavi, who rose to fame with her turn as Malar miss in Alphonse Puthren's "Premam" in 2015.
After showing his jolly side in "Charlie," Dulquer is all set to enthral the audience with a never-before avatar in "Kali". As the movie's name suggest, Dulquer will be seen as a person who has "anger at the tip of his nose" (a vernacular phrase that is used to describe short-tempered people).
"Kali" is being produced by Hand Made Filmz and has Soubin Shahir, Vinayakan and Chemban Vinod in pivotal roles. The movie is scheduled to hit screens March 26.
Apart from "Kali" and "Charlie," the other Malayalam movie trailers that went viral include those of Mammootty's "Gangster" and Mohanlal's "Loham," which were viewed more than 2.9 lakh and 2.2 lakh times, respectively.
