Looks like Dulquer Salmaan and Parvathy's upcoming film "Charlie" is creating history even before its release.
Though music videos of films garnering millions of views is usual these days, an audio jukebox listened to by more than one lakh users within 24 hours of its release is something that happens very rarely, especially for Malayalam films.
Now, Martin Prakkat's directorial venture has enjoyed this rare feat with more than one lakh social media users listening to the beautiful songs of the film within 24 hours, after they were released online by popular music label Muzik247 on Sunday evening. The jukebox has crossed 1.5 lakh views, at the time of reporting.

The film has six songs penned by Rafeeq Ahamed and composed by Gopi Sunder. The makers will soon release the track titled "Chithira Thira", written by Santhosh Varma and sung by Dulquer that might also be well accepted by the audience.
"Charlie" is the second outing of Dulquer and director Martin Prakkat after their hit film "ABCD" in 2013. Without any suspense, "Charlie" is said to be a simple love story that will be totally different from their previous film. Dulquer will appear in a never-seen-before challenging avatar in the film, that makes it really special for both actor and director.
Meanwhile, the Chennai floods have brought the movie's work to a grinding halt as the technicians are based in Chennai. The makers are trying to shift the crew to Mumbai or Kochi as the film is scheduled to hit the screens on Friday, 18 December.
