From the new "The Daily Show" host Trevor Noah to Hannibal Buress, the man who threw the proverbial limelight back on Bill Cosby through his comedy, the line-up for the Dubai Comedy Festival 2015 is quite prestigious. It is therefore, no small ordeal that India's Nitin Mirani will be representing the nation as part of the "Desi Invasion".
In what is pegged as the largest comedy festival of the Middle East, fans can watch some of the best comedians from the around the world perform at Skydive Dubai from 15 to 24 October.
The 4,500-seat venue will be the stage for two Main Gig weekends, including an opening night of Arabic Comedy. Hannibal Buress and Jerrod Carmichael will perform on the second night, while Dave Chappelle and Trevor Noah, who are headliners for the show, will take on the stage for the closing weekend.
Mirani, who will headline the "Desi Invasion" on Saturday, 17 October will be joined by other brilliant comedians like Atul Khatri, Abish Mathew, Kenneth Sebastian and Neeti Palta.
