Dragon Ball Xenoverse players have been having a good run with the game since its release in February 2015. The game not only allows players to play the game with more gameplay hours but it has been constantly rolling out DLC updates.
Xenoverse received its DLC Pack 1 on 17 March where players received playable characters like GT Goku, GT Trunks, and GT Pan. The DLC also added new Time Patrol and parallel quests, character attacks, and equipment.
Bandai Namco has announced that Xenoverse's DLC Pack 2, also known as GT Pack 2 will be out next week. The DLC Pack 2 will be featuring new playable characters Mira, Towa, Eis Shenron and Nuova Shenron, new story missions, new parallel quests, new masters, new costumes, new moves and new accessories.
Recent information from ShonenGamez revealed that the DLC Pack 3 might consist of Golden Frieza, one of the most popular villains in Dragon Ball Z. Golden Frieza will be appearing in movie "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F," that is releasing on 18 April.
One of the recent editions of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed about the possibility of a new form of Goku.

As pointed out by Anime News Network, a new form of Goku, as a Super Saiyan God made its debut in the recent edition of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. The new form has his hair as blue looking more like blue flame.
In one of the recent movies, 'Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Gods,' Goku entered into the God form that made his hair turn red.
However, the one revealed in Anime News Network, shows Goku in blue flames. Many have begun to speculate on the possibility of having this form of Goku, as a Super Saiyan God as a playable character in the future of Dragon Ball Xenoverse.
It has been argued that the inclusion of Golden Frieza surprised fans and Bandai Namco could also probably include Super Saiyan God form of Goku. This new form of Goku will appear as a playable character for Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden players, so it is not like this character could not be introduced and there must be a powerful Goku to counter a powerful Golden Frieza.
Guide to Complete Tien's Mentor Quests
Tien Shinhan is the three-eyed master of martial arts who though cold and harsh has a heart of gold. Player who want to be his student must complete certain quests.
The first part of the Tien's mentor quest in Dragon Ball Xenoverse is similar to other quests, where the player has to defeat a Dragon Ball Z hero. Players have to finish this out of seven stars battle. This will make them eligible to get Tien as their mentor and they will also be rewarded. Below are the rewards:
- 500 zeni
- All-Energy Capsule M
- High Mix Capsule
- All-Energy Crystal
- All-Regen Crystal
- Volleyball Fist
After players are finished with this, they have to leave. Next, they have to level up if they have to access Tien's next mentor quest.
The next quest will be a two out of seven stars battle. Here players will have to fight him but they have to defeat him with Volleyball Fist. Players would have already got the move from the rewards of the first quest. If they do the move with five minutes they will be eligible for the following rewards:
- 800 zeni
- All-Energy Capsule L
- High Mix Capsule
- All-Aura Crystal
- All-Guard Crystal
- Dodon Ray
Once players are done with the above quest, the battles with the mentors get a notch higher in terms of difficulty. The difficulty factor of this quest is three out of seven stars. Players will be facing two Dragon Ball Z characters – Krillin and Yamcha. Players will have to defeat these two characters taking Tien's help in under five minute mark to get the following rewards:
- 1,000 zeni
- All-Energy Capsule Z
- Antidote Essence
- Shape Up Essence
- Soul Echo Device
- Tri-Beam
Next, for the last mentor quest battle to become Tien's student. This battle difficulty is four out of seven stars. Players should not worry and must focus to get the health of the rival down and then use Tri-Beam within five minutes mark. If they do this, they will be rewarded with the following:
- 3,000 zeni
- I don't want to be a killer...
- Energy Capsule Z
- Ultimate Mix Capsule
- Soul Echo Device
- Soul Diffusion Mix Dev.
- Neo Tri-Beam
Tien's mentor quests are now over. Players can battle him to get Haaaaaaah z-soul. They can repeat the quests for higher ratings and more rewards, reported Twinfinite.
