As players of Dragon Ball Xenoverse are still waiting for a fix to the server issues affecting the game, its developer, Bandai Namco has reiterated its commitment to fix all the server related issues so that players do not face future problems with the game.
Bandai Namco as promised, has updated about the work that it is undertaking in order to fix issues in Dragon Ball Xenoverse, sadly it is still working on the intended fixes.
Nevertheless the company took to its official Facebook page where it went on to say that it is "working tirelessly" to get the servers functioning properly. It added that it has been updating the game during maintenance.
"We are working tirelessly to address the server issues so that everyone can have a smooth experience both on and offline and last night we deployed many updates and changes already during the maintenance period," it said. It further promised players that it will be updating its progress on official Steam forums and official Dragon Ball Games Facebook page.
The company also suggested some temporary measures that might help them avoid the issue until it is fixed. It asked players to, 'play the game offline,' this, it said can be done by disabling internet connection before they start the game, this will allow the game to start in Offline Mode.
It nodded that it was aware that the above "fix" was not acceptable to many, "We understand that this is not an acceptable fix and will continue to provide updates on the Dragon Ball XENOVERSE server stability." Bandai Namco thanked players for their patience.
One fan commented that instead of the temporary fix, the company could have put "start in offline" mode that would not require players to unplug the internet connection in the game.
Bandai Namco had previously listed some of the issues that were troubling the game.
It also is to be noted that major video gaming titles have had to face server issues. Games like Battlefield 4, Driveclub, Halo: The Master Chief Collection had connection issues after their release.
