Dragon Ball Super, the popular anime TV show from Toei Animation that airs exclusively on Fuji TV in Japan, has completed its 17th episode titled "Keep This a Secret From Chi-Chi! I Wanna Go Train Too!"
SPOILERS AHEAD
Before we move to the preview of episode 18, let us see what transpired on episode 17. In its review of the episode, Attack of the Fanboy says that it saw Pan, daughter of Gohan and Videl being born and Goku going to train with Whis.
Goku has wanted to train for a while, despite having known that it's been six months since Vegeta started his training with Whis, but his only obstacle is Chi Chi, his wife.
The episode shows how Pan is being juggled in air by Hercule Satan and Gohan, only to be stopped by Chi Chi's arrival.
Chi Chi is convinced that she does not want Pan to be fighter but a scholar, and in her mad desire to make her a scholar, she locks herself, Pan and Videl in a room. Goku, Krillin and Bulma go to visit them, but only Bulma is invited inside.
When Goku hears that Vegeta is training with Whis, he gets jealous and starts to irritate Bulma asking her if he came back to earth. He is also gifted a new smartphone, courtesy Bulma. Fans will encounter some funny scenes as Goku struggles with his new phone.
Bulma notifies Goku when Whis comes to Earth. Goku is seen begging and clutching Whis asking him to be his Guru. Chi Chi too sees this and is furious about Goku going to train. But eventually Goku manages to convince Whis and both are seen flying off.
