On Wednesday, American business tycoon and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump cried sour grapes after he lost out the TIME Person of the Year title to German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Trump took to Twitter to say that TIME magazine had chosen a person 'who is ruining Germany'.
Soon enough, TIME posted a video, clearly a blooper reel, from the time that Trump had shot for the magazine while posing with a bald eagle, the American symbol.
While the final photo showed a smiling Trump with the grand bird on his hand giving a thumbs-up, the video revealed how the bald eagle, named Uncle Sam, actually gave the businessman-politician a rather scary time on the sets.
The eagle nearly pecked Donald Trump once during the shoot and also ruffled his hair as he flapped his large wings.
"Last August, as Person of the Year runner-up Donald Trump was establishing himself as a real contender, the candidate agreed to pose with a bald eagle for a TIME cover story. The idea came from Martin Schoeller, the award-winning portrait photographer and frequent TIME contributor who shot the cover," the magazine said.

The video comes days after Trump was lambasted by Americans and even world leaders for his call to ban Muslims from entering the United States.
Trump was ranked third on the Person of the Year 2015 list, behind Merkel and Isis chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
"I told you @TIME Magazine would never pick me as person of the year despite being the big favorite They picked person who is ruining Germany," Trump tweeted.
