Does this mean Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are never going to patch up?

Late last week, rumour mills were abuzz with news of a patch-up between Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. Now it turns out that was just another baseless gossip.

The actors haven't spoken a word with each other ever since they walked separate ways and isn't interested in getting back together, a source told DNA. The former couple apparently is miffed with the stories about them back to being an item. They have been shooting for Jagga Jasoos together, but post every scene they confine themselves to respective vanity vans.

"They even keep their distance from each other at social events. Katrina has moved out of the apartment that she and RK were living-in together in Carter Road and moved back to her old home on Waterfield Road," the leading daily quoted the insider as saying.

Apparently, they were both present at Anil Kapoor's Diwali party at the same time but made it a point not to interact each other and stationed themselves in different corners of the house.

Despite the cold vibes they share off-set, when working the two are absolutely easy-going. Talking to Rajeev Masand, Kapoor said they don't bring their personal lives on the sets and that's why there's been no awkwardness while shooting for Anurag Basu's Jagga Jasoos.

"We are not here to bring our personal lives and emotions when we come on the set. We bring the character's emotions. However hard it is, it's our job. Katrina, she just makes it easy. It's not awkward or weird. She just brings her A-game every day on set. We have a great creative partnership," the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil Hai actor added.
