The 1.33-minute video has got a superb response from viewers. The trailer received 6,689,600 views, 133,332 likes and 43,527 dislikes and 8,295 comments in 60 hours.
The makers of DJ aka Duvvada Jagannadham also released its trailer on the official Facebook page of stylish star Allu Arjun, which is followed by over 12,376,500 fans. This video got 418,000 likes and 8,934 comments in 60 hours and became the second highest viewed trailer of a Telugu film on Facebook after Baahubali 2.
The trailer of Pawan Kalyan's Katamarayudu has got 6,939,290 views, 200,174 likes, 68,173 dislikes and 11,369 comments so far. The trailer of Chiranjeevi's Khaidi No 150 has received 7,516,430 views, 68,896 likes 14,612 dislikes and 8.913 comments so far on YouTube. These were the highest numbers for a Telugu film until the release of the trailer of Baahubali 2.
The trailer of the Telugu version of Baahubali 2, starring Prabhas and Rana Daggubati, which was released online on March 16, got 21,885,155 views, 503,879 likes, 36,186 dislikes and 30,769 comments in 24 hours. These are the all-time highest figures for a Telugu movie. Now, DJ aka Duvvada Jagannadham has landed in the second place, beating the records of Katamarayudu and Khaidi No 150.
DJ aka Duvvada Jagannadham is a romantic action entertainer, which has been written and directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Dil Raju under his banner SVC. Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde are playing the lead roles in the movie, which is scheduled to be released in theatres on June 23.
