The popular show "Diya Aur Baati Hum" currently focuses on Sandhya (aka Deepika Singh)'s pregnancy and her family's excitement over the birth of twins.
While speculations are rife as to who will play the couple's kids, it has been revealed that child artist Divyansh Tapuria is set to essay the role of Sandhya's son Luv, reported The Times of India.
Further, Sadhil Kapoor aka Ganesha from "Devon Ke Dev Mahadev", will play Meenakshi (aka Kanika Maheshwari)'s son Golu, while Reema Shaikh, who was last seen in "Na Bole Tum... Na Maine Kuch Kaha" as Rimjhim, will play Meenakshi's daughter Mishri.
Child artist Jemima Kapoor will be seen essaying the role of Emily's (aka Pooja Singh) daughter Pari.
The high-voltage drama "Diya Aur Baati Hum" is set to take a seven-year leap soon and Divyansh and other child artists are expected to enter the show post the big leap.
Meanwhile, on the show, Suraj and Sandhya are trying hard to convince Rathi family (Sandhya's in-laws) over their decision to hand over one of their unborn twins to Sandhya's brother Ankur's family, who desperately needs a child at home.
The show with exciting twists and turns, continues to rule the TRP charts. However, recently, the show was in news for the wrong reasons, when lead actor Singh slapped Rashid on the sets.
Apparently, Rashid while shooting for a scene mistakenly touched Singh in an inappropriate manner, which led to an uncomfortable moment for the actress.
Later, when Singh complained about the actor to her director, Rashid intervened and the duo landed in a heated argument. The actor seemed to have abused Singh verbally, which irked Singh to such an extent that she smacked the actor. However, they later resolved the issue and resumed shooting.
