The makers of "Dishoom," starring Varun Dhawan and John Abraham, have released the first poster of the film. The "Dishoom" poster shows the two actors flaunting major swag.
John and Varun are seen in a dapper look as they walk down a street. While John looks extremely dashing with a lighted cigarette in his mouth, Varun also carries a lot of attitude in a more formal avatar.
The poster also features a dog and a luxury car. Earlier, the logo of the film was released and it showed the movie's title, which a bullet cut from the middle. Although the logo of "Dishoom" looked impressive and gave an impression of high-octane action, it apparently had some similarities with the logo of "Dhoom."
Directed by Rohit Dhawan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, "Dishoom" also features Jacqueline Fernandez. The film is reportedly the remake of a Malayalam film titled "Mumbai Police" and it is rumoured to have some never-seen-before action stunts. Check the poster and logo of "Dishoom" below:
This is the first time that John and Varun have teamed up for a movie. The trailer of "Dishoom" will be released on June 1 and the makers of the film have a special plan for that too. While the trailer of the film will be released in Mumbai, the same will be shown across 550 screens of a chain of multiplex in different cities simultaneously, without interrupting the ongoing movie at those theatres, according to the Times of India. This has reportedly never been tried in Bollywood.
"The trailer of 'Dishoom' will be a big treat on the silver screen and we have tried to give that experience to a section of the audiences a little in advance," the daily had quoted the producer as saying. "Dishoom" will hit the screens on July 29.
