Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starrer "Dilwale" will be released in December, but the advance booking have already started in the UAE.
The buzz is already high and now the advance booking, which started one and a half months before the release, will help "Dilwale" to get a bumper opening at the box office.
Reports also suggest that the advance booking response is terrific at the UAE-GCC box office.
It is known that Shah Rukh's "Dilwale" will clash with Ranveer Singh's "Bajirao Mastani" at the box office this December. Eros International has booked single screens at several big circuits, including Mumbai, Delhi and National Capital Region among others, for "Bajirao Mastani".
And in a counter move now, "Dilwale" advance booking has already opened in the UAE region. Shah Rukh has a huge fan following in the overseas market, which includes Gulf region, and looking at the positive response "Dilwale" is getting one can only predict a good opening for the film.
"So, this is definitely a counter attack by Dilwale camp, but it's organic. The buzz about the film has rocketed in the last few days, especially after portions of the film were shown to sections of the media," 9XE.com quoted a source as saying.
"Mind you, a big English film--- Star War's sixth part--- will be released in UAE on the same day. The fact that yet the response to Dilwale in the Gulf is so prompt and overwhelming, speaks only about the bright prospects of this SRK film co-starring Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon," the source added.
Directed by Rohit Shetty, "Dilwale" marks the comeback of the most romantic jodi of Bollywood-- Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. The film also features Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in lead roles.
