Shah Rukh Khan's "Dilwale" has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the overseas box office in its second weekend and beaten the life-time record of "Happy New Year" (HNY) in the international markets in 10 days.
"Dilwale" was released in over 268 screens in North America and it has managed to retain 203 theatres as there were no new big releases from Indian cinema in its second week. But its business has dipped by over 60% in the country with its second weekend collection reaching $668,552. The film has collected a total of $3,091,517 (Rs 20.46 crore) at the US box office in 10 days.
Despite seeing an increase in its screen count (22 to 24), "Dilwale" has witnessed around 30% drop in its business in Canada. In its second weekend, the Rohit Shetty-directed romance drama minted US$227,526 at the Canada box office, taking its 10-day total gross collection to US$851,288 (Rs 5.63 crore).
The Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starrer has witnessed more than 50% decline in the United Kingdom and Ireland. "Dilwale" has collected £347,192 from 128 screens at the UK box office in its second weekend and its 10-day total collection stands at £1,648,852 (Rs 16.28 crore) in the country.
"Dilwale" has dropped by 60% in Australia and collected A$187,631 from 39 screens in its second weekend. Its 10-day business stands at A$915,058 (Rs 4.40 crore). The film has raked in NZ$106,869 from 22 screens at the New Zealand box office in the second weekend and its 10-day total stands at NZ$488,329 (Rs 2.20 crore).
"Dilwale" has shown a big leap in Malaysia following the increase in its screen count. In its second weekend, the film has raked in MYR618,344 from 14 screens at the Malaysia box office, taking its total to MYR963,220 (Rs 1.48 crore). The movie has grossed US$6.3 million at the UAE box office in 10 days, according to Bollywood Hungama.
In its opening weekend, "Dilwale" had topped the business chart for Indian movies in all the international markets, but it has failed to repeat the same in some foreign countries. The film has once again topped charts in the UK, New Zealand and Malaysia, but has landed in the second place in the US, Canada and Australia with "Bajirao Mastani" moving to the top slot.
"Dilwale" has collected a total of $16.75 million (Rs 110.83 crore) at the overseas box office in 10 days. The film has beaten the life time collection record of SRK's last outing Happy New Year", which has raked in $16.4 million (Rs 100.74 crore). The movie is sure to beat the record of "Chennai Express" by the end of second week.

"Dilwale" has maintained rock-steady pace at ticket counters in international markets on its second Monday as well. The movie is set to cross A$1 million in Australia, £2 million in UK, $ 5 million in USA+Canada, NZ$ 600k in New Zealand.
